At Bay Smile Docs, we are committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, and high-quality dental care. We understand that you or your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while we provide the best possible care.

Your first visit is all about you: your comfort, your happiness, and your health

During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth. Then one of the doctors will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your individual treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.

At your next visit, a hygienist will clean and polish your teeth, and inspect your teeth and gums for cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis.

Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile!

The American Dental Association recommends a visit to your dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

We understand you have a busy schedule, so when you’re preparing to visit our office, please remember your appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.

Online Payment Refund Policy

All transactions processed via Bay Smile Docs online bill pay are eligible for a refund if you submit a notice for any reason within 24 hours. We will also refund any payment made in error, or if the payment is not currently due, resulting in overpayment of your account. Refunds for payments that are correct and made on an outstanding balance will not be refunded until approved by the Billing Manager.

To request a cancellation of an online payment please call our office at 850-271-2341 within 24 hours of your transaction, excluding Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Online refunds will be processed as soon as they are approved via a credit to your credit card account.
